Returns Policy - Zen Flow
At Zen Flow, we believe in informed shopping and complete satisfaction with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the product without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
To make a return, please make sure
- The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- It has the original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase is included (receipt or email confirmation).
How to return a product:
1. Contact me via email at kontakt.zenflow.lifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Return the product at your own expense within 7 business days of your request.
4. Once the refund has been received and verified, we will credit it to your account (within 7 business days).
NOTE: We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.
Non-returnable products:
1. Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., custom-made sets),
2. Hygiene products, or products damaged by the user.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different color or size, please return the product according to the returns procedure and then place a new order.
